Filichia Insurance Agency – Complaint
Our complaints against Filichia Insurance Agency are stated below. In our opinion, we were:
- Sold an insurance product that, in large part, did not meet our needs,
- Based on the extent to which the insurance policy coverages differed from what we had asked for, not heard and poorly served by Filichia’s staff, and
- Refused a refund of a large percentage of our policy premium payment, even though we cancelled the policy in writing within a few days of its receipt.
